Interior design firm Ashe + Leandro (asheleandro.com) designed Manhattan loft for the Coldplay guitarist Johny Buckland, his jewelry-designer wife, Chloe and his two children Violet and Jonah. As Johny is described as clean, both literally and aesthetically, he wanted his apartment to be an ode to dark neutrals and organic materials. The apartment is located in a 19th-century Romanesque Revival building on Astor Place and it’s a home base for the couple when Coldplay is working in the U.S.
