Hope your Thursday is going great! This beautiful loft that I’m sharing today is located in the historic center of Amsterdam city in The Netherlands. It has been renovated and decorated by a talented designer Laura Alvarez. The apartment was very dark and one of the assignments Laura got from the owners was to create more light. She succeeded in this goal, not by adding more windows but by removing some walls and installing glass panels. There is an interesting mix of modern and vintage furniture pieces all over this apartment, for example, Saarinen tulip chairs are combined with Tom Dixon pendants.  The rug in the living room is from Gan and is designed by Patricia Urquiola.
