15th Century Italian Villa Renovation by CMT Architects

CMT Architects have renovated a 15th century farm villa located in the town of Monteriggioni, Tuscany. In the neighbourhood of the beautiful Castello della Chiocciola, the villa has been build by students of the famous Italian architect Baldassarre Peruzzi. CMT architects wanted to restore the original parts at the same time making the 400 square meter house a modern and a functional place. The original walls and floors were restored and all the furnishings were designed by local carpenters.
