A full house refurbishment in London by Studio Basheva

The clients purchased the house in early 2017. They were in a rush to complete the full house refurbishment as they wished to start their family. Studio Basheva was commissioned for the full RIBA stages from concept through to completion. The house was in a very poor state. The proposal included a rear house extension, a loft conversion and a full house refurbishment streamlining the family spaces and opening it up towards more light and air into the deep layout. The architects were thrilled to have obtained planning approval and a Hampstead Garden Trust approval within two months. The clients were then able to move in with ten months on commissioning the project. Studio Basheva managed to achieve this by teaming up with a construction company that commenced the construction site immediately with obtaining the planning approval.
