A young marketing professional approached PROJECT AZ with the need to transform a one-bedroom bachelor’s pad into a modern and stylish space with guests in mind.

The result is a modern, functional apartment with three bedrooms, three closets, and an en suite bathroom. The designers separated the den from the kitchen to create a home office with a sofa bed, which provides an additional bedroom space. This separation also allowed the installation of more cabinets in the kitchen, expanding storage. The designers gave the kitchen island a bar top that provides a casual dining spot. Also, they reconfigured the existing pantry space into a bar for entertaining.
