Architecture studio Mjölk Architects designed a linear house for a family of four and a dog. The building is called the ‘Fence House’ and it reflects the wooden fence that surrounds the site. The ‘Fence House’ is located in Semtín, Czech Republic and consists of four interconnected parts. In the center of the house, there’s a big kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows. A wooden staircase extends to the children bedrooms. A bathroom and parents bedroom are located behind the staircase. Another bedroom and a cloakroom are located in the white block with the red doors. And last but not least, there’s a blue shipping container for storage sheltered under the roof together with a parking space.
