Masquespacio is a spanish creative agency that is best known to create amazing colorful interiors with branding. This summer they finished their latest work – english school Acadèmia Altimira in Barcelona. Academy teaches English classes for 15 years, after this time they decided to change the brand and the interior. Their aim was to appeal to the school’s target – kids, teens, and young adults.
Acadèmia Altimira teaches many different age groups, so they wanted a space that all would appreciate and enjoy. Therefore Masquespacio incorporated a palette of fresh blues and greens paired with plywood.
There are high plywood walls in the interior. They were built to provide defined spaces while making the most of what little natural light the space received. These walls also help to keep noise to a minimum as students practice recitation.mA dark blue track hangs from the ceiling to hold sliding wood doors to the private classrooms. The doors are made from wooden slats that still let light through.
Masquespacio also did the branding. The academy’s printed material now sports the same catchy look as the interior helping to create a cohesive brand.
