Regent Street Warehouse Interior

As of today, I feel like this rainy week in Lithuania is never going to end. I’m looking forward to better weather outside and sun shining through the windows and inviting to have a lovely time outside. It’s amazing, how much sunshine can lift up your mood and productivity, don’t you think so? A well illuminated interior can create the same feeling as well. To realise this for yourselves, just check this amazing loft-type industrially modern interior created by architects from Techne. The use of partitions has been kept to a minimum to promote connection and interaction as well as allow daylight and airflow to stream throughout the open living areas.

The architects chose to highlight the original elements of the building, including steel windows, structure, staircases and trusses by creating a subdued colour palette. The materials are well-matched by their colour and quality, and perfectly complement the whole industrial style. Black and white contrast is perfectly balanced out with natural and neutral coloured elements, such as living room furniture and polished concrete floor. The lounge chairs are made from material, that looks exactly like the flooring and creates an amazing optical illusion.

All white kitchen space is kept as minimal and modern as possible. Wooden countertops  and flooring give the space a cozy and light feeling and soften up the whole area. Kitchen appliances are made visible as less as possible. If possible, everything is hidden behind the counter, therefore the whole area seems well harmonised and unneeded objects don’t take the attention.

Bathroom is hidden behind the line-up of several white doors and is definitely a challenge for guests to find. And that wine storage idea is remarkable, how many bottles of wine can fit in there? Just curious… The whole apartment is just a miraculous space filled with hidden secret passages and concealed storages. I simply love it, how about you?
