Imagine a house that is just 160 square feet and weighs just 6500 pounds. Now, meet VISTA – a 20 feet long mobile home designed by Wisconsin-based ESCAPE Homes. A personal home – that’s how these tiny caravans are being called by the ESCAPE Homes founder Dan Dobrowolski. “As the personal computer, these homes are the personal spaces designed to meet every person’s individual needs”, Dan explained. The exterior of VISTA is clad in vertical cedar siding with COR-TEN steel accent and protective panels. Inside, there’s a sleeping area, a small kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with a shower, and multiple cleverly designed storage spaces.
