This modern, minimalist, and stylish apartment was designed by a design studio Z-AXIS DESIGN, which is based in Taiwan. Space was designed with a focus on a monochromatic palette as the base and bright yellow bits as an accent color. Together with black and white, yellow adds a bright surprise to the open-concept space. A bank of L-shaped black cabinets ground the main room and was accented with a horizontal yellow stripe and indirect lighting. Similar cabinets line the wall perpendicular to the first set with the same yellow line adding visual continuity to space. For a different and unexpected look, one yellow chair was chosen instead of matching all four in the same color.
